Ramen Arashi Banff

“ This is my second time in three years and it’s still just as good. There isn’t a whole lot of vegetarian options for food in Banff and they offer a few options for ramen. In a small space they churn out food quickly working as a team. You wait outside on the wooden benches and the line moves inside into the restaurant. You will feel like you won the golden ticket just getting inside. Staff is very nice and accommodating. ”

“ longer wait, but ramen was excellent. smaller restaurant with kitchen attached to dining area, may get a little toasty but they have fans inside. Loved the vibe. Miso Tonkatsu was awesome. ”

During our meal, there was a minor accident, but the way the staff and management handled it was truly impressive. They addressed it immediately, offered fair compensation, and showed a level of professionalism that deserves recognition. Great food, great service, and a team that genuinely cares. I would definitely recommend you guys to come and eat here. I recommend the Arashi Ramen, the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen, the Original Tonkotsu Ramen, the Takoyaki, and the Pork Gyoza. ”

“ Fantastic place to have a good meal after visiting the lakes and Banff. The original tonkotsu hit the spot with the salty pork broth. The pieces of pork melted in your mouth, and the ramen had the perfect amount of chewiness. A real gem of a find. ”

“ Tried Ramen Arashi in Banff for the first time and it did not disappoint! We ordered the Arashi and Black Arashi ramen—both were super flavorful and hit the spot. The staff were great and the service was really good. We went on a Thursday after lunch time and the wait wasn’t bad at all. Prices were affordable too, especially for the quality. Definitely worth checking out if you’re craving a warm, satisfying bowl of ramen in Banff! ”

“ Visit: April 2025 Had the Arashi, which was good! The soup was hearty and everything was well put together. They ran out of bamboo shoots, so they gave an extra egg which was awesome! The space is small though, and there always seems to be a wait for the restaurant. Prices definitely have the Banff inflation applied. Overall not too bad! ”

“ There was a 15 minute wait, but it was worth it! I would definitely avoid the dinner hours and go early to prevent a long wait. The store was small but had a nice Japanese vibe. The waiter bought us water and the bottled tea was nice. The Kaarage Chicken was juicy on the inside but also crunchy on the outside and well flavored! The Takoyaki and the sauce were delicious! The Shoyu Ramen was my favorite, but I would prefer if the noodles were a little softer. I also tried the Tonkotsu Ramen, which was not as good as the Shoyu but also delicious! Overall an experience I recommend if you’re visiting Banff! ”
